1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any GatewayGenius service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Services Provided

GatewayGenius provides technology-based business formation and financial services setup, including but not limited to:

• US LLC company formation and EIN registration.
• UK LTD company formation and registered office services.
• Stripe, PayPal, Wise, and other payment gateway account setup assistance.
• Business banking account setup consultation (Mercury, Relay, and others).
• Ongoing support via email and WhatsApp.

GatewayGenius is a technology and business services company — not a law firm. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals and entities who:

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Are legally permitted to form companies in their country of residence.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and order placement.
• Are not on any government sanctions or restricted party lists.

4. Payment & Fees

All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full prior to commencement of services. We accept bank transfers, Wise, and other approved payment methods communicated at checkout.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Before processing begins: A full refund is available if you cancel your order before we initiate the formation process.
• After processing begins: No refund is available once company formation has been submitted to government authorities, as government filing fees are non-refundable.
• Service failures: If we are unable to deliver a service due to our own error, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Support@gatewaygenius.shop.

6. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for service delivery.
• Respond promptly to our communications and requests for documentation.
• Use the formed entity and payment accounts for lawful purposes only.
• Not use our services for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GatewayGenius shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by government processing times or third-party institutions.
• Rejection of applications by banks, payment processors, or government authorities.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
• Loss of business, profits, or data resulting from use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

GatewayGenius reserves the right to terminate or suspend services without notice if:

• You breach these Terms of Service.
• You provide false or fraudulent information.
• Continued service would violate applicable laws or regulations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
